Biography:
Bola Otaraki
Bola, a Snr. Project/Program Manager, Management Consultant and Chemical Engineer has over 18 years’ experience working in the Banking/Financial services, Public sector and Telecommunications sectors, focussing on Infrastructure and Application development projects locally and internationally. She is passionate about state-of-the-art project management success and about impacting people positively both personally and professionally. Volunteering is a way of life for Bola and she touches lives positively; constantly leaving a lasting legacy volunteering at various levels.
Victoria Nguyen
Victoria has 20+ years leading key business initiatives, transformations and corporate restructuring in the financial services industry. She is Vice President, Enterprise PMO at TD Bank and was a management consultant/entrepreneur. She is instrumental in leveraging leading delivery approaches (project management, Agile, Lean, etc.) and correctly applying them to achieve business goals. Victoria is an active advocate and volunteer with Professional Mentoring, Women in Leadership, Inclusion & Diversity, Visible Minority Associations and other local charities.
Susan McIssac
Susan has a love of learning. She is a PMP, with a Masters Certificate in Project Management, Advanced Project Management Certificate, Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and is becoming a Certified Change Agent. It is her love of learning and knowledge sharing that drew her to volunteer with PMI Toronto. Susan has recently been elected as a Board Director, PMI Toronto and looks forward to helping project managers meet the challenges of the future.
Jesus Lagunas
Jesus is an Industrial Engineer and Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Passionate about manufacturing processes, Jesus currently works as an Operations Manager at Terrapure Environmental overlooking the operations of the entire facility. Jesus has been a volunteer for the Toronto Chapter for 7 years holding leadership positions and is currently a member of the Board of Directors, leading the Volunteers Portfolio.
Jesus holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering, is as certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Robert Hanimyan
Robert has 20 years of experience in Operational Excellence and Business Consulting. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto specializing in Management and Economics, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has led National Programs focused on Operational Quality Metrics, Business Process Management (BPM), and Employee Engagement.
