PMO Branch - Project Critical Success Factors and the PMO
Event Type: PMO Branch Event
Topic: Project Critical Success Factors and the PMO
Overview:
Organizations need to continuously adapt and restructure in order to survive and grow. Strategic management is an art of survival and project management is an output of this creative art. It is crucial to understand the link between project management and strategic management and its implications for project managers in order to enable the successful completion of project objectives.
It is one thing to say that a project is completed right, and it is another thing to say that the right project is completed right. So, this leads us to ask the following questions:
1. What are the critical success factors that project managers need to be aware of in a PMO?
2. What are the different levels of project success within a PMO?
