We all lead, regardless of our titles. So what will it look and feel like in the next decade. As our world changes and our ability to create value is less and less, simple leadership becomes even more critical. Join us to discuss what key forces that are driving this change, and explore the impacts and opportunities. Learn what 65,000 people around the world expect from our future leaders and what 1600 CEOs feel are critical for todays and tomorrows leaders. Dig into how organizations might be designed and what new fun this will serve up. This will all be discussed in the context of change management leadership.
Our workshop will focus on table discussions of real life challenges and how one might approach it. We might even have folks from the table present their approach. Looking forward to grow with you.

Biography:
Gale Blank
Gale has been a technology executive for 30 years, twenty of those in the retail sector. She has been VP/CIO for Loblaw (East), Eatons, Indigo, Walmart and Holt Renfrew. She also was global Chief Architect for Walmart Stores Inc. Throughout her career her focus has been on creating value for the enterprise through investment in Information Technology. For 10 years she worked in the federal government. She was the CIO and Director General for the department of Canadian Heritage and Public Works and Government Services respectively. In this work she brought a set of capabilities and models to the public sector enterprises to enable the creation of high performing IT environments. Gale enjoys her garden, good hikes and a lovely lake. She is the proud mother of 3 adult children and a grandson.
