Synopsis:
This event serves as a great opportunity for students to learn about Project Management as a profession and understand the driving forces and strategies behind PMI - Project Management Institute, the world's leading association for those who consider project, program or portfolio management their profession.
You will get an opportunity to meet and hear from leaders of PMI's local Toronto Chapter, which is the second largest in the world. We will cover valuable information about student membership and its benefits. You will hear firsthand from our training team about the format of the new CAPM/PMP test and how to get accredited. You will leave understanding the benefits of holding a PMI certification and the value in being a member of the PMI community, such as building a professional network, mentoring opportunities & developing your career long term.
