The world is changing and changing fast. Organizations are becoming increasingly conscious of the need to transform their management framework. This has shifted the question from “do we need to transform” to “how do we transform”. In this session, we will explore the concept of Agile Transformation, how top performing organizations have transformed their businesses, look at case studies and lessons learned from supporting transformation of organizations and do a walkthrough of a typical good transformation initiatives.

Bola is an experienced and passionate Agile and Business Transformation Coach, Trainer and Speaker with about a decade of demonstrated track record in Business Transformation. He currently works as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Canada supporting transformation initiatives for clients across sectors and industries.
Bola is also a College Professor at Conestoga College. He has led different teams on mission-critical, transformation initiatives across North America, Europe and Africa.
As a well-read professional, Bola holds certifications such as PMP, CBAP, ITIL, CSPO, CSM, PSM, SAFe SPC and Agile Coaching.

Bola has also spoken at different conferences (virtual and in-person) for such organizations as IIBA, PMI, Innovation Canada, Agile Summits and so on.
