Jon Tracy is a leadership and Agile coach who is on a mission to help people and teams unlock their potential and reach their highest level of performance through agility.
Over the past 13 years, Jon has been working with Agile teams across multiple industries. 7 of those years have been devoted to learning, practicing, and improving the science and art of Agile Coaching.
During his professional career has coached over 70 teams and hundreds of people, obtained 8 different accreditations, and received performance awards while working for RBC and Telus.
