Advanced Practitioner Series (Part II): Shining a Light on Enhanced Transformation Practices
Synopsis:
You are invited to the second event in an exciting series of high-engagement workshops catering to advanced project management practitioners!
The stakes are getting higher and higher. The success of transformation program delivery stands between the bold strategic ambitions of the modern-day Executive and organizational success. For this reason, PwC Canada, Project Management Association of Canada and Toronto’s PMI Chapter have partnered to develop an engaging set of transformation programs focused on presentations, discussions and case studies.
In this workshop, we will continue to explore the complex nature of transformation programs, the more advanced risks and common pitfalls that exist as well as lessons learned from working with Executives and program sponsors. This session will focus on the program office’s strategic role in the organization, data analytics and portfolio management.
This is a great opportunity to learn and network with other advanced practitioners that are focused on improving the delivery and impact of their transformation programs. You are invited to exchange transformation experiences with leading academics, consultants and other professionals across various industries.
