Bios:

Kevin Aguanno:
Globally-renowned keynote speaker, trainer, and award-winning university professor Kevin Aguanno is perhaps best known as one of the early pioneers in the agile movement.  In fact, he coined the term “Agile Project Management” and created the Agile PM methodology in the early 2000s, and has been teaching other agile methods since the late 1990s, before we even called them “agile.”  Today, he brings his extensive experience helping large organizations adopt agile methods and auditing agile projects to reveal to us the common warning signs agile projects are headed for trouble. A leading researcher on agile management topics, Aguanno’s presentations are packed with data and evidence-based practices.   He has too many degrees, certifications, and awards to list – but suffice to say, he is a highly-respected project manager whom many of you already know personally or perhaps you have read some of his many books.

Ned Kremic:

Ned Kremic is an Agile/Lean Transformation Consultant, Agile Coach and international speaker.  His mission is to help progressive organizations seeking high-impact results, radically improve productivity, time-to-market and quality for software delivery.
With a stunning statistic revealing that 87% of the Fortune 500 firms in 1955 are gone today, large corporations are now operating under conditions of extreme uncertainty, where the battlefield between the large vs. fast, has now shifted dramatically in favour of fast.
With over 15 years experience creating and coaching high-performance agile teams, both with startups and with some of the largest corporations in the world, Ned is in the unique position to comprehend and merge both worlds, and help large enterprises transform into high-performance organizations, by creating the most optimal end to end delivery value-stream pipelines in order to achieve flexibility, adaptability and ultimately agility of the lean start-up.
