Based in Montreal and fluently bilingual, Romy is a change management expert recognized as a strategic leader and transformation enabler with 20 years’ experience driving and sustaining market driven or organic growth.

A graduate of McGill and Concordia Universities, Romy has a MA, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and multiple change management certifications.  She has managed countless projects and programs and focuses her efforts at supporting leadership teams along their transformation journeys. Her experience spans across sectors, industries and regions.
