As a leader of PPP, are you leveraging the multiple sources of power available to you both personally and through your position? Do you systematically flex your approaches to influence stakeholders at all levels within the project team, ranging from project sponsor to project team members and finally to the clients who will be impacted by the outcomes of your PPP? In this session, learn a concrete approach to power and influence to effectively lead PPP and ensure project success by managing your stakeholders’ expectations and preferences. And in doing so manage resistance to changes that you introduce through your PPP.

• Understand the power play inherent in stakeholder management
• Leverage the sources, strategies, and contingencies of power
