Dr. BehNaz Gholami

Dr. BehNaz Gholami is a change strategist, a social scientist and researcher, and an experience designer. She is internationally experienced in successfully developing and implementing organizational change management strategies and other business services based on human-centred design and multidisciplinary pragmatic methods and scientific approaches such as design thinking, neuroscience, and psychology, gamification, mindfulness, and behavioural economics. She believes building a human-centred change management capability will help organizations in today's complex transformational changes.
