Business Acumen

Synopsis:

Join us on September 26 as we explore the concept of a "phantom PMO" and its impact on technology projects at the City of Greater Sudbury. Listen to our experts defining what the term "phantom PMO" refers to and how this approach was adopted to support the City of Greater Sudbury services and align with the city’s strategic plan. We will delve into the differences between formal project management practices and the more fluid methods employed in the organization, highlighting both the benefits and challenges of our approach.

The discussion will feature insights from the head of IT at the City of Greater Sudbury, who has driven significant technological advancements over the past five years.
