Williams Chirinos
Williams Chirinos, MSc, PEng, PMP, LSSBB, Director and Principal Consultant at Inexertus, Inc., is a Project Management and Lean Six Sigma consultant and trainer with accomplishments in planning and execution of complex capital projects alongside process enhancement initiatives within the Energy sector, Engineering-Procurement-and-Construction (EPCM) environments, and the private industry.
He has developed technical content and delivered training courses in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma to managers, leaders, and engineers in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. He has delivered consulting to establish and operate a project management office (PMO) in several private companies and government organizations.
He is co-author of a cloud-based construction project management software called PEMS that integrates Planning (target cost), Finance (actual cost), and Construction (physical completion) to track margins, forecast final cost and completion date, and report on the progress of capital infrastructure and facilities projects.
Williams is a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential holder and an active PMI member since 2006. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt credential holder. He is an associate editor for the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) - Production and Operations and serves as a member of the SPE International Projects, Facilities, and Construction Award Selection Committee.
He is the author of the book "Integrated Project Planning & Construction Based on Results”.
