Welcome all PMI Toronto Chapter members!

Please join us for our Annual Members' Meeting (AMM), which will also include the election of new Board members for a two-year term, commencing January 1, 2025. Information on the chapter nomination policy and process can be found here.

Members will be invited to participate during the meeting through Moving and Seconding certain motions. Please have your PMI number ready as it will be required should you wish to participate in the motions.

Raffles will be available at the end of the event, please ensure you join and participate!

7:05 PM - Commence Annual Members’ Meeting

1. Practice voting with ElectionBuddy.
2. Call to order.
3. Approval of the Agenda.
4. Approval of September 25, 2023 Annual Members' Meeting minutes.
5. Consideration of the Review Engagement Report and financial statements for Fiscal Year that ended June 30, 2024.
6. Appointment of Stern & Lovrics LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants to perform Review Engagement for July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024, and January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.
7. Board of Directors 2025/2026 Election.
8. Motion to approve the Articles of Amendment as distributed to the membership for consideration on September 6, 2024, for the purpose of meeting requirements of Ontario Law (ONCA). 
9. Motion to approve the Bylaw amendment as distributed to the membership for consideration on September 6, 2024, for the purpose of meeting requirements of Ontario Law (ONCA). 
10. Other Business
• As per the bylaw, members have not requested any other business by the time of notice of this meeting.
• Action at the meeting shall be limited to those agenda items contained in the notice of the meeting.
