Microsoft Lunch and Learn Series: Cost Management Solutions for Construction Projects
Synopsis:
All construction projects focus on and often struggle with the timely and accurate control of project progress and costs. PMs are tasked with answering the question, “Does the progress match the costs”. Wicresoft will be demonstrating a solution that enables the integration of cost tracking with project progress tracking to help them to confidently manage their projects and reduce cost overruns and status reporting lag.
At the conclusion of the presentation, attendees will learn about an approach to integrating financial information with MS Project schedules, leveraging Project Online, Wicresoft’s Cost Management solution and other Microsoft tools. Wicresoft will describe real-world implementations of the solution and the business value their clients are realizing.
