Having researched the Science of Leadership for the past seven years, I have concluded that the leadership quality without which leaders cannot excel is Presence and Confidence.
In this presentation we will discuss:
1. The meaning of Presence and Confidence in the context of our work as Project Managers
2. Practical, evidence-based step-by-step strategies and tools for developing our Presence and Confidence
The presentation will include “in-class” practice of one of these strategies, and discussions on its effectiveness.

3. Practical approach to developing our self-confidence
Uri Galimidi
Uri spent most of his career in senior Management Consulting leadership positions, including Partner with Accenture, Vice President with Oracle, and Senior Vice President with PwC.
In 2013 Uri transitioned from active consulting to Career Coaching and Leadership Development. Uri helps his clients develop their leadership skills and behaviours that will help them accelerate the progress to the next level in their career journey.
Uri is a frequent speaker on PMI and his webinars have been viewed by more than 30,000 Project Managers.
Uri earned his Master’s in Bio-Medical Engineering and his MBA in South Africa. In addition to his PMP certification, Uri is also certified as an Executive Coach by the International Coach Federation.
