Linda Vella, PMP, CMP, PMI Fellow
Linda Vella has over 25 years of experience managing projects, programs and implementing Enterprise Project Management Offices in multinational companies. She has been volunteering with PMI since 1996 initially with the Toronto Chapter where she held various roles including President. During her service on the global Board of Directors, she held the position of Chair. Following her Board terms, she participated in a number of Board sponsored committees most recently chairing the 2019 Global Board Nominating Committee. Linda frequently does speaking engagements, as well as, instructing at the University of Toronto and with a number of private organizations.

Peter Monkhouse, BSc (Eng), MBA, PMP
Peter Monkhouse is an experienced speaker, educator, and consultant with over 40 years of experience leading teams and organizations to deliver value through projects. Peter Monkhouse has been a keynote speaker at over 20 events around the world and delivered courses for 20 years at Ryerson, the University of Toronto and the University of Calgary to over 5,000 students. Peter Monkhouse recently co-authored the bestselling book Gen P: New Generation of Product Owners who Care about Customers and given successful presentations and workshops based on the book content to ProjectManagement.com, PMI Toronto, Product Toronto, Procter and Gamble.
Peter Monkhouse co-founded NewGenP with Joanna Tivig and has done consulting work for many organizations, including CIBC, the Insurance Institute of Canada, Ontario Government, City of Toronto, and MetroLinx.
Peter Monkhouse is an active volunteer with PMI for over 20 years and presently on the PMI Education Foundation Board of Directors and served as Chair in 2018. Peter served on the PMI Board of Directors for 6 years and was the Chair of the 2012 PMI Board.
Peter Monkhouse has a BSc (Engineering) from Queen’s University, MBA from the University of Toronto, and PMP from PMI.

Romeo Mitchell, Rtn., PHF, B.Sc., M.Sc., MSE, PMP, Prince2, ITIL4, PQS
Romeo emulates the best practices of project, program & portfolio management. He has a passion for the profession, as a critical business success factor. He is skilled at managing customers’ expectations, with a strong focus on business to project alignment. With over 20+ years experience with P&L responsibility managing projects and programs across multiple industries. This experience spans both the public and private sectors, industries include Telecom, Manufacturing, Nuclear, Banking, Travel, Construction, and Retail Sectors.
Romeo has been an active in PMI since 1988 as a student member. In 1992 he joined the Southern Ontario Chapter (Toronto Chapter) and has served in various capacities from the early to late 90’s, including Chapter President. He has also serving in leadership positions with other organizations. Past Vice President of the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Past Board Member of the Milton Chamber of Commerce, Past and current President of the Rotary Club of Milton. He has presented at several PMI Symposioms and published several papers on the subject of Project Management. He has also presented at other national and internal seminars and symposiums, the most notable NASA 2009, 2010 and 2012 Project Management Leadership Challenge. He has co-authored “Managing Project Recovery, From Ratholes to Rainbows”.
Academically, Romeo has a M.Sc. degree in Business Project & Program Management, a Graduate certificate in Operations Management and Operations Research Techniques, a B.Sc. degree in Cost engineering (QS), Honours Diploma in Quantity Surveying. Professionally, he is PMP Certified, Prince2 Certified/Instructor, PQS, and ITIL4 Fdn. Certified. He is also a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International.

Randall T. (Randy) Black, P. Eng., PMP
Randall T. Black has spent his 40-year career in many private sector roles and industries. He has held positions of Senior Manager, Managing Director, Director, and VP. He has also held Board Director positions in national and international not-for-profit organizations as a non-executive Director.
Educated as an engineer, Mr. Black has spent the major of his career leading, managing or sponsoring projects. This focus, coupled with work in a variety of roles in a variety of market segments, has provided him with a well-rounded, if somewhat eclectic, background.
During his career he has successfully led and managed portfolios, programs, and projects in the Telecommunications, Regulated Electrical Energy, Group Life Insurance, Service Management, E-Learning, Project Management Consulting, Project Management Training Development and Delivery, and Information Technology marketplaces.
Mr. Black has, most recently, held positions volunteering with the Project Management Institute (PMI™). He has held positions on the Board of the PMI Northern Alberta Chapter (2004 – 2010) including serving as Chapter President from 2007 – 2009.
He currently serves as the only resident Canadian on the Global Board of Directors of PMI. Through 2016 and 2017, he served on the Strategy Oversight Committee (SOC). In 2018 he served as the Chair of SOC and as a member of the Executive Committee. He was re-elected to the Board in September of 2018 for a further three-year term (2019 – 2021) and served as the Chair of the Board in 2019. In 2020, he serves as the Immediate Past Chair of the Board and as a member of the Compensation Committee.

Alan Mallory, CSP, MA, BSc, PEng, PE, PMP
Alan Mallory is an international speaker, author and performance coach who is passionate about reaching new heights in all that we do. His unique philosophy of life revolves around empowering people and embracing an agile mentality focused on goals and outcomes. Alan holds a degree in engineering from Queen’s University and a masters in psychology from Adler University, giving him a well-balanced approach to the outer and inner challenges we all face. He has worked internationally with large organizations as a professional engineer and project manager developing patents and implementing solutions to complex challenges in the mining and metals industry. Alan is also an accomplished musician specializing in the electric violin, a distinctive talent that he integrates into many of his programs.
Alan’s “Project High Notes" keynote focuses on the external, internal and interpersonal factors that connect project teams and allow them to function effectively. Through psychology-based evidence and examples, Alan explores the concepts that project managers need to understand in order to enhance project cohesion.

Pablo Lledó, MSc, MBA, PMI-ACP, PMP
Since 1995, Pablo Lledó has guided business development projects in multinational companies, coordinated training programs for executives, started companies and helped enterprises reach their strategic objectives through projects.
After working as a financial analyst for Towers-Perrin in England, Mr. Lledó became an entrepreneur, founding six companies, ranging from retail to financial services to consulting. Today, he continues as a board director of four of those companies. His experience is not just in success but also in failure, adaptability and reinvention.
He has published 10 project management books, including his bestseller Project Manager, and has delivered training and consulting to more than 20,000 executives in 20 countries. He has written articles and been interviewed by international media (radio, magazines, blogs), including PM Network®, PMI Today® and PMI Credential Passport.
Mr. Lledó holds an MSc in project analysis (University of York, England), an MBA in project management (Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, Spain), an MBA in international business (Universitat de Lleida, Spain), and a bachelor’s degree in economics (Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Argentina). He is also a PMI Leadership Institute Master Class graduate and holds the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® and Project Management Professional (PMP)® certifications, in addition to participating in the Program on Negotiation (Harvard Law School) and being awarded the Role of the Director (Institute of Directors, England).
He has been selected as a speaker for several PMI global and regional conferences and received the PMI Distinguished Contribution Award in 2012. Moreover, Mr. Lledó served as a board director at the PMI Buenos Aires, Argentina Chapter (2009–2010) and as a founder and first president of the PMI Nuevo Cuyo Argentina Chapter (2011-2012). Both of those chapters received the PMI Chapter of the Year award during his time of volunteer work. He is currently a PMI Educational Foundation board director (2015–2020), serving as board chair.
He is married to Marcela and is the father of three boys. He is also active in sports and volunteers as a rugby coach and in helping undernourished children.
Bernardo Tirado, PMP
Bernardo Tirado is an Industrial Psychologist and Behavioral Scientist specializing in global transformations, process optimization and automation, and operational efficiency. He is a Certified Project Management Professional, Scrum Product Owner, Six Sigma Blackbelt, and Executive Coach.
Bernardo is also a professor and has authored several books focusing on human behavior in the workplace, leadership, and project management such as Maximizing Project Success Through Human Performance, Leadership Helping Other to Succeed, and contributing author to the Gower's Handbook of Project Management.
Prior to joining the PMIEF as Relationship Manager, Bernardo held senior-level positions at American Express, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan Chase. For fun, he is attempting to get back into triathlons but finds it difficult as he loves food and wine too much.
