We will be covering a variety of topics - from most valued PM skills and success stories, to DE&I initiatives, to adapting in unprecedented times. Panellist #1: Irshad Ali (BMO)
Irshad has over 20 years of expertise in IT including Quality Assurance, Project Management, Development Management, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence and Audit all with BMO.  His current role is Director – Audit Analytics and Innovation.

Irshad has implemented large scale change across the bank including branch technology, GRC solutions and establishing business intelligence teams. His current work in audit allows him to monitor technology across the bank from a data perspective and implement solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness for Corporate Audit.

Irshad has an MBA Financial services from Dalhousie University, Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation, PMP, and is a fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers (FICB). Irshad enjoys coaching and mentoring and has spoken at university events and a GRC conference on the topics of change management and the intersection of Business and Technology.

Panellist #2: Mary Lou Bizen (RBC)

Mary Lou currently leads the T&O PMO Delivery Excellence team and is responsible for supporting the T&O organization’s practitioner community in the adoption of enterprise standards and skills development as the organization shifts to Agile practices. Mary Lou is an active member of RBC’s Women in Digital committee. Mary Lou joined RBC in 2016 as a Program Manager for the City National Bank data integration program. She then took on the role of Delivery Lead for InvestEase, a new RBC business which launched nationally in November 2019, followed by joining the Strategy & Transformation organization in her new role. Prior to joining RBC, Mary Lou held successively senior product management and project delivery roles in public and private organizations in the areas of Services, Manufacturing and Healthcare.

Panellist #3: Daiyi Ding (Scotiabank)

Daiyi has 20 years of expertise in IT, of which seven years have been with Scotiabank. Her current role is Director of Enterprise Delivery Framework. She works closely with project teams to champion technical and process innovation and make continuous improvements across the Bank. Daiyi has a Master's degree in Management in Artificial Intelligence from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anhui University. She has also been exposed to an extensive range of subjects, from technology to leadership and she has achieved certifications in specialized areas such as Project Management (PMP), Agile Leadership (CAL), Scrum Master (PSM), IT service management ( ITIL), software testing (ISTQB) and Business Analytics from Harvard HBX.

Panellist #4: Anthony Partipilo (CIBC)
Anthony Partipilo, MBA, CPA is an accredited banking executive with a broad range of experiences in large global financial services as well as smaller technology start-ups.  He is currently CIBC’s Vice-President of the Strategic Portfolio Office, which oversees the governance and monitoring of the bank’s portfolio of strategic investments. He is a graduate of The Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and received his Master’s degree from the Wilfrid Laurier Lazaridis School of Business. Anthony is passionate about inclusion and diversity and sits on various not-for-profit boards.  A Toronto-born native, Anthony lives in the city with his family; an avid traveller, cook and wine-enthusiast.

Panellist #5: Tina Robinet (TD Bank Group)

Tina Robinet is a results-driven leader with 30 years of proven experience in driving transformational change and operational improvements. Her career includes experiences spanning Consulting, Technology and Business functions as well as having had the opportunity as an entrepreneur during the Dot Com craze when she founded a niche consulting firm in the US. As Head of Enterprise Project Delivery Excellence (EPDE) at TD Bank, Tina leads a team of professionals charged with delivering successful business outcomes faster, lowering the cost of delivering value, and improving delivery predictability for the organization. Tina's Enterprise mandate includes leading cross-functional project teams that deliver large, pan enterprise and corporate function changes; an advisory team of delivery domain experts; and project governance, methodology and reporting functions for the Enterprise. Tina joined TD in March 2017 as Vice President of Delivery Shared Services (DSS), Canadian Banking, Wealth Technology Solutions, prior to which she spent nearly 15 years in Financial services. Tina holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University with a double major in Accounting and Software Development as well as attended Queens University School of Business Executive Development program.
