Speaker 1 - Ewa Aleksiewicz

Ewa has over 9 years of experience in global recruitment and holds master’s degrees in Sociology and Psychology in Business. She has lived in 3 different countries and moved multiple times in her life, helping her to be an open-minded, resourceful, adaptable, and empathetic professional. She is currently representing IT/IQ Tech Recruiters in Toronto. For the 5 past years, she has been focused on helping hundreds of candidates to develop their careers in PMO, Development, Infrastructure and B/CRM/ERP.

Speaker 2 - Virginia Amidjinov

Virginia is a recruitment specialist at Robert Half. She has been a people person for as long as she can remember having grown up helping with her father's hot dog stand. Virginia previously was on the accounting and finance team at Robert Half and moved over to Technology at the end of 2020. Even though she is “newer” to the world of technology and absolutely loving it. The team is focused on both the Infrastructure and Development side of the business. Virginia and Robert Half are constantly working with Project Managers to help bridge the gap and fulfill our clients' needs.

Speaker 3 - Michelle Diaz

Finding top tech talent for industry leaders and disruptors. Michelle started her recruitment career in Accounting & Finance – prospecting clients, chasing leads, managing existing clients and recruiting. A few years later, she moved into the Tech space and 100% recruiting, connecting with Developers of all sorts, Architects, DevOps, Product Managers, Project Managers, Infrastructure, Tech Leaders... Industries she has recruited for include: Financial Services, Banking, Telecommunication, Retail, FinTech, SaaS, Consulting, Startups, Professional Services, Real Estate, Food & Beverage etc. The big takeaways for her are connecting with different people and how unpredictable each day is. On the side, she has volunteered and participated at various events from newcomer groups, professional associations and meetups.

Speaker 4 - Ankit Doshi  

Ankit is a Lead Recruiter with Robert Half. He has recruited for over 8 years with over 6 years focused on Technology recruitment. Ankit shares passion to change the lives of people he comes across. Ankit and his team specialize in recruiting professional for companies across variety of sectors and industry focusing on PMO/ Development / Infrastructure recruiting.

Speaker 5 - Trista Lin

Trista Lin is a Senior Recruitment Specialist with over 6 years of experience working at Eagle Professional Resources, where she assists clients with candidate search efforts. She managed end-to-end recruitment cycles for multiple clients, such as Ontario Public Service and different Government agencies, with positions from specialists to senior management level.

Speaker 6 - Jasmine Santodonato

Jasmine has over 2 years experience in the IT recruitment industry as both a recruiter and an account manager. She has worked with some of the largest Fortune 500 companies in North America, working across many sectors including: Project Management, Development, Data and Analytics, and various others. Jasmine fell in love with the industry after realizing it allowed her to make use of her knack for building relationships while helping others. In her free time she enjoys travelling, reading, and adventures with her dog.

Speaker 7 - Jordan Stern (Randstad)

Jordan Stern is a Manager of Recruitment with Randstad and has been with them for the past 15 years. He has consistently been a Top 5 Recruiter across Canada over the past 5 plus years, has won numerous accolades which include: Recruiter Of The Year, Mentor Of The Year and Talent Ambassador Of The Year, among many others. Currently, Jordan acts both as a Recruiter, Managing a team of Recruiters and is an Account Manager for both public and private sector clients. At Randstad the clients which Jordan has access to a wide range of industries and markets such as, but not limited to: Financial Industries, Telecommunications, Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing/Supply Chain, Media/Marketing, Consulting Services and more.  Jordan prides himself on building strong long term relationships and acting as a long term adviser and partner for both contract and permanent consultants.
