Synopsis

Projects are only ever approved for one reason – to deliver value.  As project managers we have to not only understand that, we have to ensure we are helping to deliver that value.  And in today’s world that means embracing a lot of different approaches to delivering work.  That includes the role of project managers in ensuring diversity; the importance of managing for outcomes, not outputs; the evolution from projects to products; and the role PMs have in giving back to their communities.  Andy’s upbeat style promises to challenge your current thinking while providing practical tools you can use to set yourself up for success.  Come armed with your questions and make this an engaging conversation that helps all of us prepare for an exciting future.
