Synopsis

Disciplined Agile (DA) is a powerful tool kit that was born out of a desire to help people and organizations to improve their Ways of Working (WoW). It started in 2012 and has been growing into thousands of members all around the globe, ever since then.

PMI Toronto has recently become an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) and will start soon to deliver Disciplined Agile trainings that may certify you as a Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM). In order to bring more awareness about DA to all our community, our DA Ambassador Team organized this insightful workshop to provide a hand-on activity for our community to dive into DA.

Session Description

Aina Aliieva (DA Ambassador from PMI Toronto - DASSM) and Klaus Boedker (DA Methodology & IP team member at PMI - DA Agile Coach and Instructor) will conduct this interactive workshop that will give you a practical experience on how to pair the freedom to choose from the best of modern agile and lean practices with guidance to understand and narrow your options on an Agile Project.

Using the DA tool kit, we will explore how teams design and evolve a way of working that continuously fits their context.

Session Tips

This hand-on session will be conducted online with the support of a virtual whiteboard called Mural. You don’t need a Mural account to use the tool for this event, but we strongly recommend you to have a trustful internet connection to enjoy it from end to end.

To get the best from this experience, we recommend you to use a computer or laptop, so you will have a better screen size. Tablet may be an option, but we don’t suggest the usage of mobile devices. Mural will work better for you on your computer/laptop, in your browser, but if you intend to use a mobile device we recommend you to download the Mural app ahead of time.

You will receive the link to the whiteboard during the event.

Please be aware that a pre-registration email address is required.
