Biography:
Ulka Shrikhande
A Strengths based Leadership coach, Ulka brings over a decade of combined experience in conducting national and regional Leadership workshops as well as leading complex projects and programs in the non-profit, academic, start-up and large corporate sectors. Having led very diverse teams throughout her career, she is bringing people and projects together with productive outcomes for both. Her mission is to empower leaders and managers with tools and coaching insights that allow them to use the best in them to bring about the best in their teams.
