Overview:
In this presentation Uri will share three advanced leadership skills which will help you become a highly accomplished leader. 
The presentation is based on the teachings of leadership gurus such as Warren Bennis, C. John Maxwell, and Marshall Goldsmith, and on the Executive Coaching experience which Uri gained while working with many CEOs, VPs, Directors, and Managers. 
The presentation includes real life case stories, activities and lively discussions with the audience. 

The skills which Uri will cover in this session are:

Bio:
Uri is an experienced executive coach, leadership development trainer, speaker, and writer.

He helps his executive coaching clients discover the 1 or 2 things that are holding them back in their career. He then works with them to develop and habitualize the skills and behaviors that will transform them into highly accomplished leaders.

Uri also delivers leadership development workshops and presentations to audiences of up to 8000 people. Uri writes regularly on topics of leadership, professional development, and business transformation. Over the years, Uri published more than 100 articles on these topics, many of which are on his website: www.thewilltochange.com/execu-blog.

Uri is the author and lead instructor of the 18 module, highly engaging Leadership Mastery Program: www.thewilltochange.com/leadership-mastery  
His clients include companies such as Xerox Corporation, TD Bank, Allianz Insurance, Hatch Engineering, Smith and Nephew, Unisys Corporation, and Dynacare Laboratories.

Uri spent most of his career in senior Management Consulting positions, including Global Partner with the Consulting Firm Accenture in South Africa, Vice President with Oracle Corporation in the USA, and Senior Vice President with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Canada. In these roles, Uri worked with CEO’s and other C-Level executives of large corporations to develop their strategic plans and direct the implementation of complex business transformation projects.

Uri earned his MSc in Bio-Medical Engineering and his MBA in South Africa. Uri was certified as a Corporate Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He also holds the PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Uri is a long distance runner, avid traveler, and armature photographer.
