Using WPS techniques, we'll design a systematic approach to manage the transition or transformation of your organization's goals, processes or technologies.

You'll learn how to:
- Design simple and effective time-bound activities called plays.
- Run a play or a sequence of plays to dramatically improve team collaboration and problem-solving.
- Select from and connect five essential plays to lead change.
- Take the next steps and decide if would like to enroll in the full course and toolkit. Earn 18 PDUs for the full course (3 technical, 7.5 leadership, 7.5 strategic and business management).
- Collaborate using Miro, an online white-boarding tool.

- Learn successful strategies to guide change management that can be applied at your organization.
- Grow your ability to more clearly visualize the current state of a problem, guide teams towards a collaborative solution, and coordinate alignment on next steps
