Using WPS techniques, we'll design a systematic approach to manage the transition or transformation of your organization's goals, processes or technologies.

• Design simple and effective time-bound activities called plays.
• Run a play or a sequence of plays to dramatically improve team collaboration and problem-solving.
• Select from and connect five essential plays to lead change.
• Take the next steps and decide if would like to enroll in the full course and toolkit. Earn 18 PDUs for the full course (3 technical, 7.5 leadership, 7.5 strategic and business management).
• Collaborate using Miro, an online white-boarding tool.
